At Stapruck, we care deeply about your satisfaction and the experience you have with every piece you choose. For that reason, we’ve created a clear and simple exchange and refund policy:

🔹 Exchange & Refund Policy

• Inspection upon delivery is not available.

• Exchange or refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned:

• In their original condition

• Unused and undamaged

• With original packaging and accessories

🔹 In Case of Defect or Our Error

• If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, Stapruck will cover the full shipping cost.

🔹 Personal Reasons

• For exchanges or returns due to personal reasons

(such as change of mind or size),

the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (round trip).

🔹 Important Notes

• Handmade and artistic pieces may include slight variations in color or details.

These variations are part of the unique artistic character and are not considered defects.

• Made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started.

في Stapruck نهتم برضاك التام عن كل قطعة بتختاريها، وعشان كده وضعنا سياسة استبدال واسترجاع واضحة وبسيطة:

🔹 سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

• غير متاح المعاينة عند الاستلام.

• يمكن طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 48 ساعة فقط من استلام الأوردر.

• يشترط أن يكون المنتج:

• بحالته الأصلية

• غير مستخدم

• غير متضرر

• وبكامل الإكسسوارات والتغليف الأصلي

🔹 في حالة الخطأ أو العيب

• في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع أو خطأ من طرفنا، تتحمل Stapruck تكلفة الشحن بالكامل.

🔹 في الحالات الشخصية

• في حالات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع لأسباب شخصية

(مثل تغيير الرأي أو المقاس)،

يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن ذهابًا وعودة.

🔹 ملاحظات مهمة

• القطع الهاند ميد والفنية قد تحمل فروقات بسيطة في اللون أو التفاصيل،

وتُعد هذه الفروقات جزءًا من الطابع الفني الفريد،

ولا تُعتبر عيبًا مصنعيًا.

• المنتجات المنفذة عند الطلب لا يمكن استرجاعها بعد بدء التنفيذ.
